Welcome to Ink + Sun (“Ink + Sun,” “we,” “our,” “us”), owned and operated by Janet Hild Design DBA Ink + Sun. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of inkandsun.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of products from our shop (the “Shop”). By accessing or purchasing from the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of entering into binding agreements to use the Site or make a purchase.

2. Handmade Nature of Products

Ink + Sun offers handmade and small-batch products such as watercolor art prints, tea towels, ornaments, and gifts. Minor variations in color, placement, and texture are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

3. Product Descriptions & Pricing

We do our best to display accurate colors, textures, and details. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will exactly match the product. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products or correct errors in pricing or descriptions at any time.

4. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and payment information. Orders are subject to acceptance and may be canceled if we suspect fraud or an error has occurred. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners, and we do not store full credit card details.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to the address provided at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates only. Once shipped, risk of loss transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

6. Returns & Refunds

7. Intellectual Property

All artwork, illustrations, patterns, and text on this Site are the property of Janet Hild Design DBA Ink + Sun and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Purchase of physical goods does not transfer any rights of reproduction or licensing.

8. Personal Use Only

Products and artwork are sold for personal enjoyment or gifting only. You may not reproduce, scan, resell, or distribute any Ink + Sun designs or images without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ink + Sun is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or purchase of products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes shall be handled in the courts of Lehigh County, Pennsylvania, USA.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will appear on this page, and the effective date will be revised. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
